Refund policy

We strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. Each item we ship is thoroughly checked by our team. However, we recommend that you examine your item upon receipt. If you find any defects, we will happily exchange the item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

For exchanges of non-defective items, please email us at marketing@rashapashacairo.com with the subject line “Exchange - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply for the exchange of non-defective items. If you wish to return a non-defective item, email us at the same address with the subject line “Return - Order #(insert order number)” within the same 14-day period. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the item has been returned to our office and inspected. A shipping fee will apply for returning non-defective items. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging (including the fabric bag, orange paper bag, ziplock bag, and card).
